Privacy Policy

The short version. The Luck Guide computes your astrology entirely on your device. Your birth details and chart never leave your phone, are never sent to us, and are never sold or shared. We do not have accounts, and we do not track you across apps or the web. We collect only anonymous, non-identifying usage statistics to improve the App — never your personal or birth data.

This Privacy Policy explains how The Luck Guide ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. The App is published by Clover Media LLC. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Information you enter

To calculate a personalized astrological chart, the App asks you for:

Birth details — the name, birth date, birth time, and birth place (city) you provide for yourself and for any connections you add.
Preferences and content — profiles, saved connections, and settings you create inside the App.

This information is stored only on your device (and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud backup managed by Apple). It is not transmitted to Clover Media LLC or to any third party. We have no ability to see it.

Location

If you grant location permission, the App uses your current location to compute time-sensitive astrology — planetary hours, the live sky, and rise/set times. Location is used on-device for these calculations and is not stored on our servers or shared. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings; the App remains usable, falling back to your saved home location.

Computation is on-device

All astrological calculation and interpretation happens locally on your device using bundled astronomical data. The App does not require a network connection to produce your forecasts, and it does not upload your chart, forecasts, or usage to any external service for processing.

Purchases

The App offers optional paid memberships (subscriptions and a one-time lifetime option). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using your Apple Account. We never receive or store your payment card details. Apple provides us only with anonymous, aggregated sales and subscription information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics and diagnostics

To understand how the App is used and to improve it, we collect anonymous usage analytics through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. This tells us things like which screens are opened and how features are used — in aggregate, never tied to you.

What is sent is limited to non-identifying signals: an event name (for example, "a forecast screen was viewed"), a randomly generated per-installation identifier, and a session identifier. TelemetryDeck is designed so this cannot be traced back to an individual.

What is never sent: your name, birth date, birth time, birth place, coordinates, chart, forecasts, or any text you enter. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), we do not embed advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Analytics data is processed by TelemetryDeck on servers located in the European Union.

Separately, if you have enabled sharing of analytics with app developers in your device Settings, Apple may also provide us with anonymized, aggregated usage and crash statistics through App Analytics. You can turn Apple's sharing off under Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.
We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other apps and websites.
We do not require an account, email address, or login to use the App.

Your control

Because your data lives on your device, you are in control of it. You can edit or delete any profile or connection inside the App at any time. Deleting the App removes the data it stored on your device. If you use iCloud backup, manage or delete that copy through your device's iCloud settings.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
