Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of The Luck Guide mobile application ("the App"), published by Clover Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App and its content

The Luck Guide provides astrological computation, interpretation, and timing guidance drawn from traditional and modern Western astrological methods. The content is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not professional advice, prophecy, or a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological counsel. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. Do not rely on the App for choices that require the advice of a qualified professional.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by law.

Memberships, subscriptions & billing

The App offers an optional paid membership that unlocks premium features. Membership is available as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase:

Auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) begin after any free trial and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled.
Lifetime is a single non-consumable purchase with no recurring charge.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. We are not able to issue refunds directly. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users. The App runs entirely on your device; you are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter, which determine the output you receive.

Intellectual property

The App, its interface, text, computed interpretations, and visual design are owned by Clover Media LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the App or its content.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its interpretations are accurate for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clover Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Clover Media LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
